Everyone’s Packed
One trip everyone can update.
WHAT THE FAMILY CAN DO
One trip everyone can update.
Open the same trip from each family member’s device. Add what is missing, claim a task, and check things off as they get done.

The app begins as a checklist. Travelers, assignments, shopping, prep tasks, and notes appear when you choose to use them.
Build the list around this trip
Add the destination, dates, travelers, pets, journey, and activities. Everyone’s Packed combines everyday essentials with focused sets that match those details.
Type the answers or describe the trip out loud. Review every suggestion before it enters the trip, or skip suggestions and begin with an empty list.
Match the trip
Add sets for the beach, camping, business, cold weather, flying, driving, or international travel.
Match the travelers
Add the items an adult, child, baby, toddler, or pet needs alongside the shared trip list.
Two questions keep handoffs clear
For family trips, “Who needs this?” and “Who is taking care of it?” are different questions. An item can be for a child while an adult is responsible for preparing it.
A solo list does not show those controls. They appear after you add people to the household.
Pack, Buy, and Do belong together
Pack sunscreen. Buy sunscreen. Charge the tablets. Download movies. Start the laundry. Trip preparation includes more than objects going into a suitcase.
All of those jobs use the same list and progress count. New items begin as Pack items; change one to Buy or Do when that describes the job better.
A check appears on every connected device
A private household can connect up to 12 phones, tablets, and browsers. When someone edits or checks an item, the change appears for everyone.
Brief disconnected edits are kept safely and sent when the connection returns. Creating shared trips, purchases, and recovery require a connection.
Save the list or share a copy
Save a finished trip as a template for the beach, lake, holidays, or visiting family. Template items stay unchecked until you use them for a new trip.
Send formatted text, create a PDF, use system printing, or make a clean browser printout. Exports say that they are static copies so nobody expects them to update.
