Accepting these terms
These Terms govern Everyone’s Packed, provided by James Peerless. By using the website, app, or synchronization service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Everyone’s Packed lets people create private packing lists and trips and invite trusted devices into one household space. It is an organizational tool. It does not guarantee that a list is complete or that any item, booking, document, medication, safety device, or travel requirement is correct or available. You remain responsible for travel decisions.
Your household space
No email-and-password account is required. Access depends on connected devices and any recovery kit you create.
Anyone you invite can view and change current and future packing content in the space. Invite only people you trust.
The owner can manage devices, transfer ownership, and delete the whole space. A non-owner can leave.
Losing every authorized device and recovery method may make an account-free space impossible to recover.
You are responsible for having authority to share content and for activity by people you invite.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, dangerous, or malicious content; to invade another person’s privacy; to access a space without permission; or to disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
Included trips and one-time purchases
Each new household space includes the number of shared trip starts shown in the app. A committed trip start consumes one included start or purchased trip credit. Archiving or deleting a trip does not return that start.
A consumable purchase provides one additional shared trip start.
A non-consumable purchase provides unlimited trip starts for that household space.
Prices are shown by the applicable storefront before purchase. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Apple or Google handles billing, tax, cancellation, and refunds under its terms and applicable law. Consumed trip credits cannot be restored. The unlimited purchase can be restored with the same eligible storefront account.
A refund or revocation may remove unused access but does not delete a trip already committed to shared history. Deleting a packing space is not a refund.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised. Internet access is required for sharing, trip creation, purchase verification, restore, and recovery. We may maintain, secure, change, or discontinue features with any notice required by law.
Your content and our service
You retain rights in content you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display it to operate the service. The app, brand, code, design, and non-user content belong to James Peerless or licensors and are protected by law.
Deletion and suspension
The owner can delete a household space and a member can leave. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect people, the service, legal compliance, or these Terms. Retention after deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by relying on a packing list as travel, medical, legal, or safety advice.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app where required.
Governing terms and contact
Applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence govern these Terms. Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
