Open Household on a connected device and choose Invite someone. Share the private link or QR code with the person you trust. They will review the space before joining. An invitation expires after ten minutes and works once.

Open Trip access, then choose Restore lifetime purchase. Use the same eligible Apple or Google storefront account. If the store confirms the purchase but access does not appear, keep the trip draft and email support with the app version, platform, approximate purchase time, and non-sensitive error message.

Open the recovery link or paste the code saved from the owner’s recovery kit. Recovery makes that device the owner; other connected devices keep access. We cannot recover an anonymous space after every connected device and its recovery kit are lost.

Confirm both devices have an internet connection and are in the same Household. Reopen the trip on each device. Brief disconnected edits are saved locally and sent when the connection returns, but shared trip creation, purchases, restore, and recovery require a connection.

A member can leave a shared space; the owner can delete it for everyone; and someone using only local lists can erase data on that device. Detailed instructions and a request path that does not require the app are on the Data Deletion page.

Please do not put a permanent device credential, invitation token, recovery secret, or full private packing list in an ordinary email.

The current mobile release targets iOS 16.4 or newer and Android 7 or newer. The web app supports current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Everyone’s Packed version 1.0 is the current supported app version.
